Drawing heavily on critical educational studies, cultural studies, and global studies, my research focuses on theory, policy, curriculum, and practice relating to globalization and the social, political, and cultural contexts of schooling at multiple levels. Attending to both new possibilities and challenges, I am concerned with matters of diversity, power, and equality in the following areas (below).
